Admission to DDSNF
DDSNF is a 141 bed facility that provides 24 hour nursing care and can accommodate for either a short term or long term stay to our residents.
New residents can be directly admitted to DDSNF from an acute care hospital, home setting, a transferring skilled nursing facility, independent living center, assisted living center, or RCFE. Residents can only be admitted to a skilled nursing facility with a physician's order from the resident's primary care physician.
We understand that the decision to place a loved one in a nursing home can be a difficult decision to make. Our compassionate and trained Nursing, Social Services, and Activities staff are here to assist our residents and their family members transition, adjust, and make decisions that are in the best interest of the resident.
