Based on your lifestyle and your current abilities, a dedicated team of skilled therapists will collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan just for you! Your plan is designed to help you regain your strength, skills, and abilities at the highest and safest levels. Your rehab team will work with you and review your progress after every treatment. This way, you will know exactly where you are, every step of the way.
During rehab, they provide family and/or caregiver meetings. Meetings can be conducted in person or over the telephone to share your progress, answer questions, and to coach your family members or caregivers on how they can support your overall success.
