Environmental Coordinator/Purchasing Full-Time

Description/Duties

  • In charge of Housekeeping, Laundry, Custodial, Purchasing departments
  • Follow all cleaning procedures, update any when necessary
  • Make Monthly Schedules for assigned departments
  • Fix timecards, input vacation requests, find coverage
  • Budget and input inventory count for assigned departments
  • Order Supplies for Laundry, Housekeeping, Floors, Purchasing
  • Order various medical supplies twice weekly
  • Keep a Par Level count for Medications and other medical supplies
  • Do monthly routine checks on specific rooms and schedule floor work as needed for every part of the building

Requirements

Have knowledge of Healthcare setting

Purchasing and inventory experience

Experience working with Excel, Word, etc.

At least 1 year of Supervisor/Manager experience
